We are a new Community Media Center in post-DIVCA California. That means we have very few staff and depend heavily on our website for everything: reservations (across five locations!), uploading content, surveys, member management and so much more. After struggling with several vendors over the course of three years, trying to explain what we do and what our needs are, we finally switched to MCM and ZeetaPro. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!
